About the Role
As Finance Manager, you will have a pivotal position in our organization. You will manage the entire finance process – from daily bookkeeping to strategic controlling – and act as a trusted partner to our CEO.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Invoicing
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Finance and banking
- Bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Accruals and provisions
- Payroll A-Z for hourly and salaried employees
- Reimbursements and holiday accounts
- Monthly reporting, including consolidation and reporting in collaboration with the CEO
- Budgeting and budget follow-up
- Analysis and controlling
- Year-end closing in collaboration with the auditor
- Ad hoc tasks
