Operating at up to 360 strokes per minute, the EWP-L delivers high-resolution chemical feed — steady, frequent injections instead of infrequent large doses. This precise control means steadier feed, without the slug feeding that comes with slower, less frequent dosing strokes.

Simple operation, easy to connect

The EWP-L can always be operated manually via two easy-to-use knobs. It also offers external control via analog (4-20 mA) or digital pulse input, and integrates easily with existing PLCs and control systems through standard analog or pulse signals. Operators can adjust output on the fly without navigating menus or digital displays.

Flexible installation

An optional quick-access mounting base enables the EWP-L to be easily wall-mounted or quickly removed from an installation without tools. This gives you the freedom to mount the pump on a flat surface or a wall depending on your available space, and makes routine maintenance or pump swaps fast.

Engineered longevity

Dual bearing support for the armature and shaft ensures proper axial movement, extending the life of the diaphragm and mechanics. A high compression ratio, combined with dual check valve assemblies featuring precision ball guides and tapered seats, ensures the pump primes fast and holds its prime — even when dosing off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite.
