IWAKIs UV-resistant and spillage-proof cabinets and containers offer protection from accidental chemical leaks, preventing damages to people and equipment. Developed and manufactured in Denmark to support the need for technical solutions to limit chemical hazards, and in accordance with Danish and European workplace health and safety directives. Choose between more than 400 standard systems: Plug n’ Play solutions for safe and convenient handling of aggressive chemicals. All standard systems have been optimized towards fast production and delivery. Cabinets, pipes, fittings and other parts are stocked in our local warehouse, ready for assembly, and all documentation such as PI-diagrams and CE-Marking are included.
3. Outstanding craftsmanship
IWAKI systems are built with the same “committed to quality” mindset, which has shaped our pumps for generations. Our 900 m2 production area is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for cutting, gluing welding and testing the product. At heart are our craftsmen: skilled engineers; electricians and certified plastic welders.
The results are systems, which are safe, durable and highly efficient – even under harsh operating conditions.
4. CE marking & FDA-compliance
IWAKI offers standard systems complete with CE . Our CE marked Systems are electrically wired in accordance with 2006/42/EU Mechinery Directive, and 2014/30/EU Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive – we have taken care of all paperwork and risk assessment.
We can also deliver our Systems solution with full food (EU 1935/2004) or FDA (FDA 21 CFR 177.1550) documentation selecting pipes, fittings and other materials in accordance with these standards.
